Job DescriptionÂ
- Candidates working at this post are required to transport garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor.
- Applicants are also required to clean and store equipment and machinery used along with replenishment cleaning solutions working at this post.
- They’re also required at this post to follow procedures for dilution of detergents.
- They’re appointed at this post to ensure Low and high dusting, wiping surfaces, glass cleaning and cleaning bathrooms working at this post.
- Candidates at this post are required to notify supervisors concerning the need for major repairs working at this post.
Job requirementÂ
- Candidates working in this post must attain prior experience in performing various cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance activities in an institutionalized environment to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must acquire prior experience in using floor maintenance machines, cleaning equipment, materials and solutions to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must acquire prior knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the provisions that apply to this work including WHMIS.
- Candidates applying for this post must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds to get preferred for this post.
- They must have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, clients and the general public.
- Applicants working at this post must attain the ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays and shifts as assigned as well as work in multiple locations.
Work settingÂ
- They must acquire the ability to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain manual and electronic records to be preferred for this post.
