Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to design, develop and integrate regulations, standards, operational policies and other regulatory and non-regulatory instruments that govern commercial flight operations.
- They’re also appointed to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Canadian legislative and regulatory framework.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to participate in cooperative activities with foreign civil aviation authorities and international bodies to assess new technologies and methodologies.
- They’re also appointed to provide expert technical advice, support, and recommendations to management on the handling of functional, cross-functional, high profile.
Job requirement
- Candidates working in this post must attain the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- They must attain dedicated knowledge of the Canadian Civil Aviation legislation such as the Aeronautics Act, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and associated standards
- Candidates must attain the ability to communicate effectively orally.
- Candidates must attain dedicated experience as a helicopter flight crew member on offshore operations.
- Candidates working at this post must attain a secondary school diploma OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
- They must attain dedicated experience working in a Safety Management Systems environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain a dedicated requirement to work overtime, irregular hours and weekends to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to travel to local, national, and international destinations working at this post.

- Candidates must attain a dedicated degree or diploma in Aviation Management or an aviation-related field.
