Job Description

  • This role of a census Enumerator role focused on collecting survey information for the federal government.
  • Part time contract from May 1 – July 31, 2026.
  • Work hours are going to be 20 – 40 hours per week.
  • Work conducted on the road across various locations with frequent travel required.
  • Supports accurate national data collection through interviews and reporting.
  • Operates within a structured and team-oriented government work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with respondents by phone or in person.
  • Conduct interviews following prescribed questionnaires and survey outlines.
  • Record responses on paper or enter data directly into computer systems.
  • Follow computer assisted interview modules accurately.
  • Verify collected information for completeness.
  • Compile interview data into reports and organized lists.
