Harvest Bakery & Deli based in 1857-A Grant Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3N 1Z2 is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Cashier who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. Harvest Bakery and Deli has been serving fresh baked buns, breads, and pastries to Winnipeg residents for nearly 40 years. Glenn Wilde purchased the company in 1981 after it began as a Bun Master Bakery franchise in 1980. Harvest Bakery and Deli was opened in 2001. Glenn is still actively involved in the business, which he co-owns with his son-in-law Andy Kostynuik. The bakery has grown to include a deli with catering services as well as made-to-order sandwiches, soups, and salads. Our bakery provides custom-made to order cakes and cookies, including photo cakes, and our retail store promotes made-in-Manitoba products in order to support local businesses in the same way they have supported us over the years.

While producing high-quality bread and baked goods on a daily basis is their priority, Glenn and Andy are also committed to providing a healthy work environment and making their employees feel valued and appreciated. Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to manage customer transactions using cash registers.
  • The candidate will be expected to cross-sell and introduce new products.
