Job description
- Prepare and complete Crown
- Disclosure files as per required standards
- Work with investigators, prosecutors and staff to meet disclosure needs
- Convert digital files into approved formats for submission
- Manage document scanning, data entry and file organization
- Process requests for copies within strict timelines
- Perform quality checks
- Comply with data retention and handling rules
Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- Completion of at least 3 relevant courses in criminal justice or law related programs
- Minimum 3 years of work in a law enforcement setting with knowledge of disclosure processes
- Can work with tools such as Microsoft
- Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro and related systems.
- Can handle sensitive and graphic material professionally
- Must pass an enhanced security clearance check
- Must provide proof of qualifications and obtain an Education Credential
- Assessment if education is from outside Canada
