Job Description
- The candidate will be required to study plans, specifications, or drawings of items to be manufactured, as well as to prepare specifications.
- The candidate will be required to trim joints, fit parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit, and reinforce joints.
- The candidate must sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, as well as prepare and apply laminated plastics.
- The candidate must apply varnish, veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
- The candidate will be required to estimate costs and materials.
- The candidate will be required to use hand tools and woodworking machines to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
