Job Description
- The candidate must clean meat in preparation for processing or cutting.

- The candidate will be responsible for preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
- The candidate must remove the bones from the meat.
- The candidate must weigh the meat for sale.
