Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to conduct design sessions to better understand user needs, identify gaps and recommend solutions that meet the desired future state for Coordinated Access.
- They’re also appointed at this post to recommend and implement data management tools and software to improve program efficiency.
- Candidates for this post are appointed to contribute to the development and implementation of project charters, project plans and work plans.
- Candidates for this post are appointed to create training, education and communication materials to support new or modified business processes.
- They’re also required to contribute to reports, briefings, workshops, meetings and presentations to support Coordinated Access working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to oversee one or more projects associated with business systems or processes.
Job requirement
- They must have completed dedicated post-secondary education in Business/Public Administration or other discipline pertinent to the job function to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience conducting business process reviews, business process modeling and business process re-engineering.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand and transform business processes to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong knowledge and ability in service design, prototyping, user experience (UX) design and other user-centric design methodologies and user research to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently with minimal guidance.
- They must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects, processes and work teams to be eligible for this post.

- Candidates must have strong interpersonal relationship-building, problem-solving skills and consensus-building skills to be eligible for this post.
