Job Description

• The candidate will be expected to supervise employees and projects.
• The candidate must make recommendations for personnel actions.
• The candidate will be required to prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate will be expected to plan and coordinate activities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 11 to 15 people.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising Window installers, Water conditioner servicers, Waterworks maintenance workers, Trades helpers, Roofers, Recreation equipment installers, Plasterers, Pest controllers and fumigators, Painters and decorators, Labourers, Drywall installers and finishers.
• The candidate must have a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate as well as working at heights training.
• The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
