Job description
- Candidates will do data entry (open customers’ files, validate information, credit and invoicing) and also collect supplementary information or documentation from customers, drivers, customs and other offices, etc, when required.
- They will identify customer profile discrepancies and also answer standard questions and requests from customers, drivers, customs and other offices.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have previous administrative experience preferred.
- They also must have a high school degree.
- All candidates must have Technical skills like basic knowledge in Customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments preferred.
- Also basic understanding of HS system, CUSMA (Canada, US, Mexico Agreement), and permit process preferred and Computer skills required.
