Job Description

  • The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • The candidate must order office supplies.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate must maintain work records and logs.
  • The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • The candidate must perform data entry.
  • The candidate must record and process patient data.
  • The candidate must process incoming requisitions.
  • The candidate must process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • The candidate must liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.

  • The candidate must work in the public sector to manage operations, provide services, and support community or government initiatives.
  • The applicant should work in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic that provides health care.

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Word processing software, MS Office, Electronic mail, MS Outlook, and MEDITECH.
