Job Description
- The candidate should regularly engage with clients across the branch and community, identify banking needs, offer support and advice, and spot sales and referral opportunities.
- The candidate will be required to focus on educating clients and demonstrating solutions, using technology to enhance client experience, drive sales, and retain business.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
- The candidate must actively listen and engage clients in conversation to better understand their individual needs.
- The candidate will be required to take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
- The candidate will be required to build and maintain partner relationships to optimize business opportunities and referrals.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
- The candidate must demonstrate a strong passion for putting clients first, along with proven success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment, creating opportunities for growth.
- The candidate must have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, a willingness to learn, strong ethics, and ambition to succeed.
- The candidate must be digitally literate and comfortable using smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
- The candidate should have a solid background in building and maintaining client relationships within the finance or service sector.
- The candidate will be required to communicate fluently in both English and French.
