  • The candidate will be required to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.

  • The candidate will be required to prepare batters for cakes.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare batters for icings.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare batters for frostings.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare batters and dough according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • The candidate will be required to operate machinery.
  • The candidate will be required to train staff.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise baking personnel.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise kitchen staff.
  • The candidate will be required to manage requisition.
