Job Description

The candidate will be required to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
The candidate must train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
The candidate must prepare special orders.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising baking and kitchen staff.
The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
The candidate must create production schedules.
The candidate must train staff.
The candidate must ensure that the product quality meets established standards.
The candidate must schedule staff.
The candidate must inspect the kitchen and food service areas.
The candidate must be able to operate machinery.
The candidate will be responsible for hiring and firing employees.
The candidate must organise and keep inventory.

Job Requirements
