Job Description

  • The role supports Tesla’s Collision Repair Program.
  • The position includes modern spray booth work and advanced refinishing methods.
  • You will work with a team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive hourly pay, cash and stock awards and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Apply primers, sealers, basecoats and clearcoats using spray equipment.
  • Complete approximately six fully prepared repair orders each day.
  • Work closely with preparation staff and other painters.
  • Blend basecoat colours to create seamless finishes.
  • Apply two stage and three stage paint systems.
  • Produce finishes that match original manufacturer standards with consistent gloss and texture.

Requirements

  • Must support projects across all Canadian provinces and communicate primarily in
  • English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
  • Work background of 5 or more years in automotive collision refinishing using urethane based refinish systems is required.
  • A CPA Card is required.
  • Can read and understand automotive repair procedures.
  • Must be willing to work additional hours when required.
  • Must be willing to train other team members.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Vocational School Certificate in Collision Repair is preferred.
