- Tesla Advisor, Delivery supports customers through the vehicle delivery process and helps improve store operations.
- Full time position based in Saint Bruno, Quebec.
- Focuses on customer service, delivery support and store productivity.
- Works closely with different teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare customer financing and vehicle registration documents.
- Support successful delivery appointments with team members.
- Present and promote Tesla products and services.
- Improve planning to provide better customer service.
- Prepare reports that support performance improvements and training.
- Support customers before delivery appointments.
- Provide a customer focused delivery experience.
- Manage the store vehicle fleet including service coordination and allocation.
- Complete accident reports for store vehicles.
- Support delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work background in customer service.
- Can build positive working relationships as a proactive team member.
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written interaction skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools with Salesforce preferred.
- Must support projects across all Canadian provinces.
