Job requirementÂ
- Candidates must have a recent undergraduate degree or a minimum of a 2-year college diploma from a relevant area of study to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must reside near an RBC branch or RBC location and be able to commute regularly.
- They must be able to fully commit to the two-year rotational program and must have strong communication skills written and verbal to be eligible for this post.Â
- They must attain the ability to build strong working relationships with key partners and the ability to work effectively as a team member and independently to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to be eligible for this post.Â
- They must attain the ability to learn and pivot quickly as they work through four different rotations to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and ability to master new computer software to be eligible for this post.Â
- Candidates must be comfortable to stretch out of their comfort zone to be eligible for this post.Â
