Job Description

  • The role of Associate Advisor mainly concerns providing the means for a senior Advisor to perform all the financial planning and advisory activities that come with the job.
  • Client appointment, follow-through, and ongoing personal account management are among the daily duties.
  • Financial plans, illustrations, and paperwork are done and stored using planning tools.
  • Investment and insurance products are assessed in relation to the clientโ€™s needs.
  • The processes of compliance and admin requirements are attended to with precision and uniformity.
  • The job usually observes the typical working hours in a cooperative office setting

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients through face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations to provide them with outstanding service.
  • Delivering financial advice, taking care of accounts/policies, and keeping an eye on portfolios are all part of the client service.
  • Construct and modify financial plans through the use of financial planning software.
  • Documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the financial advisor.
  • Clients are informed about the different products, solutions, and services available to them.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a university or college with a degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • MFDA and LLQP licensed (or readiness to secure the missing license).
  • Understanding of savings, investments, insurance and financial planning.
  • Skilled at communication and analytics
    Adaptable, goal-driven, and loving performance-based salary.
  • Possessing a professional certification (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is an advantage
