Job Description
- Candidates will have to lead and work as a member of a team preparing cases and conducting prosecutions in Ontario.
- Candidates will have to provide legal advice to police and related agencies on the forearm and hand-related matters.
- Candidates will provide advice regarding criminal assets and also conduct hearings for them.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of the criminal code of Canada and the controlled drugs and substances act.
- Candidates must be knowledgeable and familiar with the crown prosecution manual.
- Candidates must have experience with wiretap applications and litigation.
- Candidates also have experience to work in cases like organized crime and gang violence.
Work setting
- Candidates with membership as a lawyer are preferred for this post.
