Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to supervise employees and projects.
  • The candidate will be expected to develop methods for meeting work schedules and to coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • The candidate will be expected to ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • The candidate will be expected to coordinate and schedule activities.
  • The candidate will be expected to solve work problems and recommend productivity-boosting measures.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare production and other reports.
  • The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • The candidate will be expected to recruit and hire workers as well as perform related staffing tasks.
  • The candidate will be required to estimate costs and materials.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising the servicing, repairing, and overall maintenance of aircraft and aircraft engines in order to ensure that the aircrafts are safe for flight.
  • The candidate must follow the company’s Safety Management guidelines at all times.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have a certificate or diploma in Other trades or equivalent experience in Airframe Mechanics, Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician, and Aviation/Airway Management and Operations.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 5 or more years of working experience in similar industry.
  • The candidate must have an AME «M» Licence – Aircraft, an AME «S» Licence – Structures, and an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence (AME) – E.
  • The candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • The candidate should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication.
  • The candidate should be punctual.
  • The candidate should be a good team player with enough interpersonal and judge-mental skills.

  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising apprentices, aircraft mechanics, and aircraft inspectors.
