Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to HR teams
  • Manage staffing processes including job postings and requisitions
  • Maintain HR systems, records, templates and internal content
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and tracking tools for HR activities
  • Support development and updates of HR processes and procedures
  • Manage HR documents using enterprise systems
  • Coordinate interviews, language testing and candidate documentation
  • Support onboarding preparation for new hires
  • Assist with job fairs, career events and student hiring activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Make sure quality standards are met in HR processes
  • Provide additional admin support to HR team members

Requirements

  • A college diploma in office administration, business, or human resources management is required.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination is needed.
  • Knowledge of HR administrative practices and methods is expected.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is required.
  • Understanding of records management principles is necessary.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and general computer systems are required.
  • Advanced administrative abilities are expected for this role.
  • Can interact in English and French.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Reliability security clearance is required.
