Job Description
- The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
- The candidate must respond to electronic inquiries.
- The candidate must advise senior management.
- The candidate must enter data.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing advice to senior managers and officials.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing general clerical duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks.

- The candidate must prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing administrative procedures.

Job Requirements

- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.

- The candidate should be knowledgeable about business-related technical terminology.

- The candidate should have relevant experience in the automobile and trucking sectors.

- The candidate must be knowledgeable about correspondence, reports and records, business process management, aviation, proofreading, communications, and process improvement.
