Job description

  • The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare marketing plans.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare budgets.
  • The candidate will be required to monitor revenues and expenses.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to implement marketing activities.
  • The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
  • The candidate will be required to enforce policies and procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to develop and implement business plans.
  • The candidate will be required to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to  Supervise staff.
  • The candidate will be required to Recruit and hire staff.
  • The candidate will be required to Conduct performance reviews.
  • The candidate will be required to arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
  • The work setting is a Hotel, motel, resort.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise 5-10 people.

Requirements

  • The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The candidate should have an experience of at least 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Public transportation is available for the candidate to use.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
  • The candidate should have excellent written communication.
  • The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
  • The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing and walking which the candidate should be comfortable with.
  • The candidate should be able to manage tight deadlines.
