Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to train workers in duties and company policies.
  • The candidate will be required to resolve work related problems in the organisation.
  • The candidate will be required to raise requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as per the requirement.
  • The candidate will be expected to recruit and hire employees.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare and submit reports on a daily basis.
  • The candidate will be in charge of developing work schedules and procedures.
  • The candidate will be expected to ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct performance reviews.
  • The candidate will be expected to coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • The candidate will be expected to arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • The candidate will be responsible for organising staff training.
  • The candidate will be expected to co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, and oversee the organization’s operational logistics.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be a good team player with enough interpersonal and judge-mental skills.
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication.
