Job Description

The candidate will be expected to manage contracts for the supply of goods and services.
The candidate must create and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programmes.
The candidate will be expected to direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
The candidate will be expected to hire, train, and supervise employees.
The candidate will be expected to supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures such as machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
The candidate will be expected to prepare or supervise the preparation of reports and statistics pertaining to areas of responsibility.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
The candidate should be a good team player.
