Job Description
- Candidates will have to ensure the customer satisfaction service by taking part and directing service providers.
- Candidate is responsible for the supervision of all cargo warehouse and airside operational activities.
- Candidates will have to engage in the accountability for conducting/supporting investigations on all safety related incidents.
- Candidates will have to understand commercial objectives and work collaboratively with sales to achieve these objectives.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have around 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates must have complete knowledge of applicable cargo handling and transport Canada regulations.
- Candidates must have the ability to build and influence relationships with the customer and colleagues.
- Candidates must have experience in working with non-unionized and unionized party providers.
Work setting
