Job Description

  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate must perform general office duties.
  • The candidate will be responsible for setting up displays of retail parts and accessories.
  • The candidate must respond to customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate must identify, label, and catalog items received.
  • The candidate will be responsible for issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use.
  • The candidate must maintain inventory control system records.
  • The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • The candidate must receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • The candidate must sell spare and replacement parts.
  • The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
  • The candidate must store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • The candidate must sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.

  • The candidate must have specialization in the areas of forms and records, and shipping and receiving.

  • The candidate must have experience in distribution.
