Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to develop and lead the Commercial Banking strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Group Head and the senior leadership team.
- They’re also appointed to provide thought partnership to the Commercial Banking executive team.
- Candidates are appointed to oversee business analytics and regular reporting for Commercial Banking, uncovering and enabling growth and profitability opportunities.
- They’re also required to provide guidance and oversight for enterprise initiatives for Commercial Banking.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated University degree to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 15 years’ experience including executive roles and P&L ownership.
- They must attain proven ability in driving strategic planning at the Group or Enterprise level.
- Candidates must attain executive experience leading transformation or Group-level change management initiatives to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates who have completed their MBA from a recognized university are preferred for this post.
