Job Description

The candidate will be expected to authorise and organise the formation of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
The candidate would be responsible for allocating material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
The candidate will be expected to set organisational goals and to develop or approve policies and programmes.
The candidate will be expected to set up financial and administrative controls, develop and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resource planning
The candidate would be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
The candidate will be required to co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
In negotiations or other official functions, the candidate must represent the organisation or delegate representatives to act on its behalf.
The candidate will be required to ensure that customer expectations are met
The candidate would be responsible for conducting meetings with subordinate employees.
The candidate will be required to maintain effective vendor relationships
The candidate will be required to ensure appropriate safety procedures for transporting hazardous and non-hazardous material are followed.
The candidate will be required to carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
The candidate would be responsible for reviewing staff requirements and participate in recruiting activities, training and scheduling of personnel.
The candidate would be responsible for providing staff performance reviews and resolving employee problems.
The candidate will be required to conduct analysis in order to determine customer and market needs and opportunities
The candidate must be able to maintain frequent contact with management staff and employees.
The candidate would be in charge of developing and implementing short and long-term market strategies.
The candidate would be in charge of mentoring and assisting employees.
The candidate would be in charge of monitoring the performance of the company or department, preparing reports for senior management, and planning for changes to schedules and policies.
The candidate would be responsible for planning and supervising the shipments from production to the end-user
The candidate will be required to scheduling daily and weekly routes
The candidate would be in charge of tracking orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software)
