Job Description
- Tesla Advisor, Delivery supports customers through the vehicle delivery process.
- This is a full time position that is based in Etobicoke city.
- The role combines customer service, delivery and sales support activities.
- The position works closely with multiple teams to improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer loan documents and support delivery appointments.
- Show knowledge of Tesla products and services.
- Compile reports to support performance improvements and training.
- Work with team members to support pre delivery activities and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate store fleet servicing, vehicle allocations and accident reports.
- Perform delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service work history is required.
- Can work with team members and build positive working relationships.
- Must have strong written and verbal interaction skills.
- Must be skilled in MS Suite and CRM tools. Salesforce is preferred.
- Can work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail setting.
- A Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
