Job Description
- The Technology Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing technology ownership and solution delivery in the Individual Wealth Technology team.
- Contributes to the whole project delivery, bringing business along with tech solutions.
- Acts as a technology contact point in a large cross-functional project team.
- Works in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven work environment.
- Supports Canada Life’s mission of improving the well-being of Canadians.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical aspects of the project from start to finish delivery.
- Convert business needs into corresponding technical solutions.
- Determine solution boundaries, create the design, and plan the delivery through the various teams.
- Give strategic tech guidance and execution supervision.
- Serve as a point for escalation regarding technical risks, problems, and bottlenecks.
- Make sure that solutions are in line with enterprise architecture and governance.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery in complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Can influence, question, and involve senior stakeholders.
- Great communication skills both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work both independently and in multi-functional teams.
