Job Description

  • The candidate must provide tutoring assistance.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising teaching assistants as well as training student instructors.
  • The candidate must assign and correct homework.
  • The candidate must develop course content.
  • The candidate will be expected to evaluate student development and discuss findings with students, parents, and school officials.
  • The candidate must identify children’s individual learning needs.
  • The candidate must lead students in activities that encourage their physical, mental, and social development, as well as their school readiness.
  • The candidate must attend staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training seminars.
  • The candidate must prepare subject material for presentation in accordance with an approved curriculum.
  • The candidate must prepare, administer, and correct tests.
  • The candidate must teach students through lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and field trips.
