Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and keep track of revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in a business service setting, which entails performing work that supports the operations of a business but does not involve creating physical products.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

• The candidate must be familiar with Point-of-sale systems, Accounting software, Inventory control software, and Spreadsheets.
