Job Description
- Candidate will have to collaborate with his assistant and 2 other members maintaining a store leadership team.
- Candidates will have to work for maintaining merchandising and marketing initiates.
- Candidates will have to maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment in stores.
- Candidates will also have to perform computer based operations when required.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
- Candidates also attain the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- They must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program.
- They must attain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Candidates must attain proficiency in computer knowledge.
Work setting
- A valid driver’s license from the province of residence is also required for being eligible for this post.
