  • The candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate will be responsible for unpacking products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the verification of the correctness and condition of deliveries.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product from backroom/storage room to front-of-store using manual or powered equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
  • The candidate must build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep product signage up to date.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cleaning the product space and securing any damaged or defective product.
  • The candidate must manage the backroom by organising stock (product), identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels, evaluating and processing damaged product, re-packing product, organising backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells, etc.), and completing any required paperwork.
  • The candidate must adhere to all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies pertaining to the backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep the work area neat and clean in accordance with the company’s safety and sanitation standards.
  • The candidate must maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • The candidate must be able to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
  • The candidate must be able to grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight on a repetitive basis, which requires fine motor skills.
  • The candidate should be able to handle weight more than 45 kg (100 lbs).

  • The candidate should have clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations.
  • The candidate should be subjected to a thorough criminal background check.
  • The candidate should be bondable and easily communicate.

Own Tools/Equipment

  • The candidate must wear steel-toed safety boots.

Transportation/Travel Information

  • For transportation, the candidate should use their own vehicle.
  • The candidate should have valid driver’s licence.
