Job Description

The candidate must demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
The candidate will be responsible for instructing cooks on food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation.

The candidate must prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
The candidate will be responsible for planning menus and ensuring that food meets quality standards.
The candidate must prepare dishes for customers who have food allergies or intolerances.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and assistants.
The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
The candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations.
The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas.
The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as directed by a dietitian or chef.
The candidate must clean the kitchen and work areas.
The candidate must keep inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
