Job description
- The candidate will be required to supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
- The candidate will be required to co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- The candidate will be required to prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate will be required to maintain records of stock.
- The candidate will be required to maintain records of repairs.
- The candidate will be required to maintain records of sales.
- The candidate will be required to maintain records of wastage.
- The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
- The candidate will be required to estimate ingredients and supplies.
- The candidate will be required to order ingredients and supplies.
- The candidate will be required to ensure food service.
- The candidate will be required to ensure quality control.
- The candidate will be required to train staff in job duties.
- The candidate will be required to train workers in sanitation procedures.
- The candidate will be required to train workers in safety procedures.
- The candidate will be required to supervise food service counter attendants.

Requirements
- The candidate requires Secondary (high) school graduation certificate for this job.
- The candidate should have equivalent experience in the concerned field.
- The candidate should have an experience of at least 1 year to less than 2 years.
- The candidate should have a bondable done.
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- The candidate should also be dependable.
- The candidate should also be able to manage tight deadlines.
- The candidate should also be able to work under pressure.
