Job Description

  • Service Technician is a technical vehicle repair and maintenance role within Tesla’s service operations.
  • This is a full time position based in Saint Bruno, Quebec.
  • The role supports diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of Tesla vehicles.
  • The position includes ongoing training programs and career development support.
  • Employees work with advanced automotive technology in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance and high voltage related work after training.
  • Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair procedures on Tesla products.
  • Provide feedback to design and engineering teams to improve products and repair methods.
  • Create and maintain an individual development plan to strengthen technical knowledge.
  • Document repairs in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Inspect and maintain workshop equipment and request replacements when needed.
  • Work with team members to deliver quality vehicle preparation and detailing.
  • Participate positively in a dynamic and changing work environment.
  • Use company provided tools and laptop systems for diagnostics and training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, associate degree or work background in a related technology field such as aeronautics, engines, electricity or marine systems.
  • Automotive Service Technician License or desire to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling.
  • Can work with multiple priorities, organize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Section 609 Refrigerant Handling Certification is preferred.
  • Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license in Canada with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong commitment to a safety first approach.
  • Must support projects across Canadian provinces and communicate daily in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
