Responsibilities
- Carry out diagnostic testing and repair work on Tesla vehicles and products.
- Complete routine and advanced vehicle service procedures.
- Work with team members to improve repair turnaround times and service quality.
- Support to prepare vehicles by doing tasks like cleaning and detailing.
- Use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment safely.
- Use a company provided laptop for diagnostics and technical training.
- Maintain accurate repair records and service documentation.
- Inspect shop equipment and report replacement needs when necessary.
- Share repair related feedback with engineering and design teams.
Requirements
- Hold an Automotive Service Technician License or be interested in pursuing a Technician Apprentice pathway through training.
- Can manage several tasks at the same time and adjust to changing tasks.
- Show a safety focused approach in daily work activities.
- Hold a valid Canadian driver’s license classified as Class 5, G or G2.
