- Process service transactions and explain repair details to customers.
- Provide repair status updates and estimated completion times.
- Track customer vehicles throughout the service process.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation before customer delivery.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, tools, parts, and materials.
- Work background using hand tools, workshop equipment, and automotive testing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and servicing techniques.
- Can work with dealership managing systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
