Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to ensure dining room appearance meets established standards including table linens pressed and in place, tables set with appropriate place settings for meals, and wait stations tidy and containing appropriate supplies.
- They’re also appointed at this post to clear tables, load and safely operate dishwashers.
- Candidates for this post are also required to communicate with the supervisor if there is a noted change in the nutritional status of a resident working at this post.
- Candidates at this post are appointed to promote a safety culture by continuously working safely including but not limited to identifying and reporting hazards, following safe work practices and procedures, wearing personal protective equipment, and supporting others to work safely working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to contribute to the team environment as a member of the Food and Beverage department, working towards departmental goals and priorities.
- They’re also appointed at this post to provide ongoing feedback from residents and guests to the Food working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have a high school diploma or equivalent education to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain at least one year of experience with serving food or demonstrated experience in customer service to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire working at this post.
- They must have a passion for the healthcare sector or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care to be eligible for this post.
