Job Description
- The candidate must lead the development and execution of public relations strategies for lululemon across North America.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and guiding the external media strategy and execution within the region to introduce the brand to new guests, strengthen the company’s thought leadership position, and highlight its leadership in innovation, community, and culture.
- The candidate must manage and oversee the assigned PR agency to strengthen the brand and develop impactful PR strategies and campaigns.
- The candidate must serve as a communications advisor to cross-functional and regional leaders across the company.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting regional leaders by developing consistent and compelling communication strategies that create meaningful connections between leaders and their audiences.
- The candidate must collaborate closely with teams across Global PR, North America Marketing, Sports Marketing, and related departments.

- The candidate must have strong media relationships and a solid understanding of the digital landscape.
- The candidate must be an exceptional writer and storyteller with proven experience creating communications for executives across multiple platforms and forums.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- The candidate must be able to quickly build strong relationships with people across different cultures and geographic locations.
- The candidate must inspire others naturally and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related discipline.
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
