Job Description
- The candidate must provide advisory support, strategic guidance, and project management for the people-related components of business-driven initiatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing relevant internal and external data points based on current market conditions and anticipated developments.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining people programs that support the continued growth and scaling of the Global Fulfillment Function.
- The candidate must lead P&C-driven people initiatives that support Global Fulfillment and enable the business to grow and scale.
- The candidate must minimize legal risks and exposure during periods of continuous change and growth while improving employee engagement and strengthening the people foundation.
- The candidate will be responsible for communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing business perspectives and actions taken.
- The candidate must advise the business on recommendations and coordinate proposals for the overall people peak season planning strategy.
- The candidate must advise the business on recommendations and coordinate proposals related to the people aspects of business initiatives.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- The candidate must have accredited HR certifications, which will be considered an asset.
- The candidate must have 3 or more years of experience working in a consultative or advisory position.
- The candidate must have 2–3 years of experience working in a multi-unit and highly cross-functional environment.
- The candidate must have 2 years of deep technical expertise in Fulfillment and Distribution.
- The candidate must have Human Resources experience in both the United States and Canada, including knowledge of labor laws.
- The candidate must have experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
- The candidate must be highly proficient in PowerPoint and project management tools.
- The candidate must have experience leading and implementing strategic projects and large-scale people initiatives.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
