Job Description

  • The position requires a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours each week to work in Wealth Management Services.

Requirements

  • Need a Canadian law degree together with professional membership in either a provincial Bar or the Quebec Board of Notaries.
  • The candidate needs to have at least five years of work experience which includes comprehensive knowledge about Canadian wills and estates.
  • The person must demonstrate basic understanding of common law principles which impact estate management and trust management processes.
  • The candidate needs to possess knowledge about insurance products which includes understanding insurance-based solutions for estate planning needs.
  • The candidate should have experience or knowledge about estate and trust matters which include cross-border estate issues and possession of STEP membership.
  • The applicant speaks both English and French while holding a driverโ€™s license which allows him to meet clients and partners throughout Canada.
