Requirements
- Need a Canadian law degree together with professional membership in either a provincial Bar or the Quebec Board of Notaries.

- The person must demonstrate basic understanding of common law principles which impact estate management and trust management processes.
- The candidate needs to possess knowledge about insurance products which includes understanding insurance-based solutions for estate planning needs.
- The candidate should have experience or knowledge about estate and trust matters which include cross-border estate issues and possession of STEP membership.
- The applicant speaks both English and French while holding a driver’s license which allows him to meet clients and partners throughout Canada.
