Job Description
- Candidates working at this Ensure that projects align with the program and are proceeding to plan according to committed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards through rigorous baseline control.
- Candidates working in this post are also required to participate in and drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation with the project team.
- Candidates for this post are required to manage issues and risks to mitigate impacts on the project.
- Candidates are required to ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to negotiate and integrate project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed at this post to identify, track and manage project dependencies to ensure optimal utilization of resources, ongoing risk identification and timely benefits realization on the project level.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in an environment with increasing scope and complexity to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have completed a dedicated University degree, master’s or advanced degree in IT, Business, or Engineering along with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates at this post must ensure proficiency in MS Office product suite, and MS Project.
- They must have dedicated experience leading aviation projects to get preferred for this post.
- They must have dedicated previous experience in leading projects as part of a large complex program or within a merger and acquisition to be eligible for this post.
