Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for understanding how specific technology products align with broader Supply Chain strategies, capability roadmaps, and supporting systems, integrations, data models, and platforms.
  • The candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of Global Fulfillment requirements across Digital, Supply Chain, and enterprise initiatives while ensuring early integration into product discovery and design processes.
  • The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a backlog of work items, including initiatives, epics, and user stories, through collaboration with stakeholders and Agile teams.
  • The candidate will be responsible for solving core Supply Chain and cross-functional technical problems by gathering functional and non-functional requirements and defining clear MVP deliverables.
  • The candidate will be responsible for working with Agile scrum teams to drive the delivery of scoped product features while collaborating with Engineering and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • The candidate will be responsible for leading product demonstrations, identifying system testing and validation requirements, and supporting product sign-off activities for production releases.
  • The candidate will be responsible for addressing feedback, defects, and technical enhancements identified during testing and post-release activities to support continuous product improvement.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inspiring and training Product Analysts on technology product management and Agile delivery practices while providing structured mentorship and system guidance.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of Product Management experience.
  • Candidates with up to 3 years of functional experience in lieu of domain experience may also be considered.
  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related discipline.
  • Candidates with an advanced degree will be preferred.
  • Candidates holding Product Management certification will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering and deploying technology products and enterprise software systems in an Agile environment.
  • The candidate must possess strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work and deliver effectively in changing environments while meeting specified deadlines and budget requirements under limited supervision.
  • The candidate must have the ability to collaborate effectively across technology, data, and business teams while managing competing priorities.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a strong desire to continuously learn and improve through constructive feedback.
  • The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology platforms, systems, and performance metrics.
  • The candidate must have experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with technology product frameworks including initiatives, features, epics, and user stories.
  • The candidate must have the ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data to support informed product decisions.
  • The candidate must possess strong experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access.
  • The candidate with proficiency in SQL will be preferred.
  • The candidate must demonstrate personal accountability and take responsibility for their actions and decisions in the workplace.
