Job Description
- The candidate must develop and oversee a comprehensive paid media strategy across channels, ensuring cohesive planning and high-impact execution.

Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 7–10 years of experience in Paid Media, with a strong focus on Paid Social and full-funnel digital media strategy.
- The candidate must have proven experience managing campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Display, and Online Video (OLV).
- The candidate must have experience with DV360 for campaign optimization and execution.
- The candidate must demonstrate success leading media strategy from planning and budgeting through execution and performance analysis.
- The candidate must have deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and privacy-safe measurement approaches.
- The candidate must be able to manage large budgets and optimize allocation across channels to maximize business outcomes.
- The candidate must have experience designing and executing test and learn agendas including match market testing, A/B testing, and geo-based experiments.
- The candidate must have proven ability to scale Paid Media programs efficiently while maintaining or improving performance metrics.
- The candidate must have experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- The candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- The candidate must be aware of the latest trends and best practices in retail and technology.
- The candidate must possess exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
