Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for sharing regional insights, including guest behavior, product performance, and market trends, with Global Merchandising to inform product strategies and regional style needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing regional merchandising strategies and an omnichannel approach for seasonal business categories.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing regional pricing and product architecture aligned with global strategy.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating product assortments that balance brand consistency with regional relevance to maximize profitability and sales.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing class assortment and clustering to meet capacity targets and guest profiles.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying fast-turn style needs to complete regional assortment requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Planning to execute seasonal regional buys aligned with global product and financial goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating a visual assortment view for the region.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting Buy Review decks, including strategies, attributes, investments, and flow.
- The candidate will be responsible for validating buy accuracy and resolving MOQ issues in partnership with Global teams.
- The candidate will be responsible for completing sizing tasks, including selecting comparable styles and sizing packages.
- The candidate will be responsible for partnering with VM, Digital, and Store Planning teams to execute regional strategies.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying in-store date changes and recommending options to improve product flow.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting Open-to-Buy discussions and aligning with Planning on class targets.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing business performance weekly, monthly, and seasonally, providing insights, actions, and exit strategies.
