Job Description
- The candidate will support the Office Manager with the overall office management of the Distribution Center (DC) Campus.
- The candidate will support mail receipt and distribution activities for the assigned building.
- The candidate will coordinate meetings by booking meeting spaces and arranging the required supplies.
- The candidate will order and maintain the inventory of office supplies.
- The candidate will plan and execute employee engagement events for the Distribution Centers, including holiday parties, food truck events, rewards, recognition programs, and similar activities.
- The candidate will support scheduling travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries.
- The candidate will review manager expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices within the company’s invoicing and expense system.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting with budget monitoring for the building.
- The candidate will assist with tracking and updating Managers, P and C, and Talent Acquisition on the status of new hires in the applicant tracking system.
- The candidate will perform other duties as assigned by the Director of the Distribution Center.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in clerical or administrative support duties.
- The candidate must be proactive and solution-oriented.
- The candidate must be an excellent team player and have the ability to work independently.
- The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with the business through verbal and written communication.
- The candidate must have exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
- The candidate must be willing to learn and adapt to a growing and changing environment.
- The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
