Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to lead strategic projects to integrate embedded software end-to-end automated testing.
- They’re also appointed to create a roadmap for quality improvement initiatives and lead its execution.
- Candidates working in this post are responsible for ensuring the quality of Embedded Engineering processes and their continuous improvement.
- They’re also appointed to manage, measure and implement an Agile development process for all teams within the group.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a Post-secondary degree or diploma specialization in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain 12+ years of experience in embedded software test automation, including HIL and SIL.
- Candidates must attain 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
- Candidates must attain experience with agile methods of project management to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must attain excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship-building skills to be eligible for this post.
